Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Tony Breach founded WeStorix and leads it as Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience in the utility and IT sectors. As principal consultant he co-led the procurement of an energy management system and a US control center for more than 4 GW of renewable assets, and the electrical design of a 400 MW Power-to-X substation with energy storage. He holds an M.Sc. in Electromechanical Engineering.
Chief Legal Officer & Policy Executive
Louisa Colombo is Chief Legal Officer & Policy Executive at WeStorix. A legal professional with more than three decades of leadership experience, she works across corporate law, governance, policy and advocacy. As co-founder, investor and Chief Legal Officer of Arcadia eFuels she built deep expertise in energy and Power-to-X in a market where legislation and regulation were still taking shape.
Chief Commercial Officer
Gitte Hesselholt is Chief Commercial Officer at WeStorix. She is an international executive and non-executive board member with extensive experience in commercial strategy and execution, and has held senior global roles in medical device, pharma and consumer goods companies. Earlier she was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group and worked at McKinsey & Company. She is a Non-Executive Director at Micro Matic A/S.
Chief Financial Officer
Henrik Kofoed is Chief Financial Officer at WeStorix. He is a finance adviser, compliance consultant and auditor who was most recently Executive Vice President of Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer at Haarslev Group. He was a partner at KPMG for 18 years, at EY for 10 years and at Basico for nearly 4, advising finance chiefs, executives and boards of multinational companies.
Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer
Faten Halabi is Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer at WeStorix. She is a senior business leader with experience in global sales, strategic planning and partnerships. She was Director of Alliances at PwC Middle East, Regional Sales Leader for the GCC at Avaya, where she twice received the Circle of Excellence award, and Vice President of Commercial, Marketing and Communications at Bahrain Airport Company.
EPC Director
Jan Korff Petersen is EPC Director at WeStorix. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in renewable energy, delivering large wind and solar projects across Europe and beyond. At Siemens Wind Power he helped start the Offshore Division and was one of the initiators of the Zero Harm Culture. He has held leadership roles at Better Energy, Global Wind Service, PP Techniq and Muehlhan Wind Service.
Chief of Staff
James Martin is Chief of Staff at WeStorix. He is a transformation and strategy execution leader with more than two decades of experience at Johnson Matthey, EY, HCL Axon and CSC/DXC, where he led large transformation programs, governance frameworks and global delivery teams. He holds a Cand.Merc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Lewis University.

Louisa Colombo chairs the Board and guides the growth strategy of the company. At Arcadia eFuels, a first mover in green jet fuel, she managed board affairs and helped raise capital. In the 1990s she chaired Danamerica Inc. in New York, and she has served on the boards of Scandinavian Film and the Danish American Society.

Christina Krarup is a finance and international business development professional, most recently Chief Financial Officer at Geo, an engineering consultancy in geotechnical and geophysical services. She has led finance transformations, ERP and reporting implementations and post-merger integrations, has worked on long-term assignments in several countries, and has a particular interest in circular business models and ESG.

Maria Lindhoff Kjær has more than 20 years of international experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy and the energy transition. Her background spans engineering, construction and procurement in large capital projects, and she has led cross-functional teams through major change. She currently works at the Norwegian energy company Equinor.
Board member
Anders Engholm is a shipping executive with more than 44 years of experience in the global tanker market, including 18 years at A.P. Moller-Maersk and 12 as Executive Vice President at Torm Tankers. He co-founded Hafnia Tankers in 2010 and led it as Chief Executive Officer. He serves on the Advisory Committee of Austral Product Tankers and the advisory board of the carbon-capture start-up Seabound.
