How we work

Developer and operator, across the full lifecycle

Each project starts with a carefully selected location and is carried through every stage – from development to long-term operation. As a project matures, our role moves from developer to operator, ensuring continuity, accountability and lasting value.

Lifecycle

From developer to long-term operator

From developer to long-term operator Six stages in sequence. One, originate: sites where grid capacity is scarce and demand and generation are close. Two, develop: grid access, permits, land and hub participants. Three, engineer and finance: reference design, project company, investors and lenders. Four, build: turnkey delivery with Tier 1 partners under owner’s engineer oversight. Five, operate and optimize: the 24/7 EMTC handles dispatch, trading and grid services. Six, own for the long term: decades of operation, augmentation and upgrades. WeStorix acts as developer through the first four stages and as long-term operator and owner in the last two. Digital platform

One platform operating every station

Every Green Power Station is operated from the WeStorix Energy Management & Trading Center (EMTC). Around the clock, it allocates each station’s capacity between grid services, reserve markets, energy trading and Energy Hub customers – and settles and reports every megawatt-hour.

The WeStorix operating and digital platform A stack of four layers. At the top, markets and system operators: day-ahead, intraday, reserves and TSO/DSO dispatch. Below, the Energy Management and Trading Center, staffed around the clock: optimization, trading, dispatch, settlement and reporting. Below that, site control at each station: plant controller, energy management system and SCADA. At the bottom, field equipment: grid-forming PCS, energy storage with battery management, protection and metering. Cybersecurity spans every layer, designed to NIS2 and IEC 62443 principles: segmented control zones, zero-trust access, redundant communications, continuous monitoring, and protection systems that operate independently of the control layer. Cyber & safety

Secure by design

Our IT/OT architecture is designed to NIS2 and IEC 62443 principles: segmented control zones, zero-trust access, redundant communications and continuous monitoring. Protection systems on site operate independently of the control layer.

Safety is built into every stage, for our people, our contractors and our neighbors. Cybersecurity is a design principle from day one, not an add-on.

Critical infrastructure, operated like critical infrastructure.

Partner model

Built with Tier 1 partners

WeStorix combines in-house project development, engineering and operation with long-term partnerships with Tier 1 technology and delivery partners. Scope is concentrated in a few strong hands, and accountability is clear.

Because every station uses the same reference design and supplier framework, terms, interfaces and warranties carry from one project to the next – compressing delivery time on every new site.
